Polish Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c butter
• 1 3oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 c sifted flour
• 1 c jam (any kind you prefer)
• Powdered Sugar for dustin

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter and cheese with pastry fork. Gradually work in flour. When well mixed roll out dough very thin on floured board.

Using a glass cut out circles.

Dot each circle in center with 1/4 tsp of jam.

Fold in two sides to center, forming a boat type shape.

Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar.
