Twice Baked Potatoes

  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 - 1/2 c heated milk
  • 2 T butter or margarine
  • Salt & pepper to taste



Step 1

Bake potatoes at 400 degrees until tender
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise
Scoop out the pulp & beat with electric mixer
Add cheese, butter, milk, & salt & pepper
Fill the skins with the potato mixture and bake for 20 minutes
