Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 40 to 45 mini peanut butter cups
- Glaze:
- 1 teaspoon shortening
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Flatten peanut butter balls, wrap around mini peanut butter cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
For glaze combine all ingredients and melt in small saucepan on medium heat. Once cookies cool, drizzle glaze over cookies.
