Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 pouch (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ homestyle creamy butter or roasted garlic mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (2 oz)
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, if desired
- 1 tablespoon crumbled cooked bacon, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
In 2-quart saucepan, heat milk, water and butter to boiling. Stir in potatoes just until moistened; let stand 1 minute. Stir with fork until smooth. Stir in cheese and bacon.
Spoon potatoes into serving dish; top with parsley and additional bacon, if desired.
