The recipe can be doubled and made the night before.
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 8x8 square dish
Mix the corn, corn mix, and sour cream together.
Pour it into the dish and top with butter slices
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
