Ingredients

  • 8 cups corn kernels
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 T flour
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put corn, beaten eggs, flour, salt & pepper into a large bowl and mix.
Coat large baking dish with Pam
Layer 1/2 of the corn mixture and 1/2 c. cheese
Repeat

Bake for 30 minutes
