Ingredients
- Chocolate:
- 5 Eggs
- 1 " (bottle) Light Corn Syrup
- 1 Dessert Whip
- 6 oz Chocolate Syrup
- Vanilla:
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- Mocha:
- 1 Tbsp Coffee
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 oz Chocolate Syrup
- Coffee:
- 2 Tbsp Coffee
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- Maple Walnut:
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- Shelled Walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Separate the eggs.
Beat egg whites stiff.
Add corn syrup to egg whites and beat thoroughly.
Beat whip and egg yolks a long time until whipped and creamy.
Add desired flavoring to egg yolks.
Fold in egg whites just until you don't see them anymore.
Freeze.
