Salad, Annie's own Chicken breast tropical salad

Very tropical salad fit for a luncheon!

Ingredients

  • 1 12.5 ounch can of Premium chunk chicken breast
  • 1/2 can Dole tropical gold pineapple chunks (cut each chunk in half)
  • 3 ribs celery chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup vadalia onion chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup of black olives cut in half
  • 1 cup seedless purple grapes cut in half
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (more or less if needed)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and place in refrigerator for an hour before serving.
Serve on a bed of lettuce with banana bread or a tropical quick bread.
