Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup Milk, 2%, with add vitamin A & D
  • 1/2 cup Cherries, tart, montmorency, dried
  • 1/2 cup Raisins, golden, seedless
  • 1/2 cup fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 each Eggs, large, raw
  • 10 piece Bread, egg, slice
  • 1 each cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. In bowl, mix first nine ingredients.
3. Add bread cubes and coat with mixture. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Spray 11 x 7 inch baking dish with cooking spray, then pour challah mixture into dish. Sprinkle with sugar.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until pudding is set. Let stand 15 minutes.
