Ingredients

    c. chopped shallots

  • 3

    Tbs butter

  • 2

    c. flour

  • 1

    tsp ground mustard

  • 1/4

    c. cold butter

  • 1

    egg

  • 1

    c. milk

  • 3/4

    c. crumbled blue cheese

  • 2

    Tbs grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven 325. Grease loaf pan saute shallots in 3 Tbs butter until tender. set aside In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and mustard. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In a small bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Stir into crumb until just moistened. Fold in cheeses and shallots. Transfer into greased loaf pan. Bake 50-60 mins or until center is set. Cool for 10 mins, remove from pan and cool on wire rack
