1 box macaroni
16 oz ricotta
2 eggs
Seasoning to taste
3 Tb olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Make macaroni following directions on box. Drain.

Mix ricotta, eggs and seasoning well.

Grease 9x13 with olive oil.

Mix macaroni and ricotta mixture. Pat into pan.

Bake 30-40 mins.

Optional: sprinkle mozz cheese on top.
