Bread Pudding with Banana Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle E & Vs Caribbean Banana Caramel Sauce
  • 1 loaf French Bread, cut into 1" pieces
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 cups cream
  • 2 t. Adams Reserve Vanilla
  • 1/2 t. Adams Reserve Cinnamon
  • 2 Pureed Ripe Bananas

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Add bread.
Whisk together all wet ingredients + salt
Pour over bread. Cover; set 1 hour.
Bake 45 - 50 minutes @ 350 degrees

BANANA CARAMEL SAUCE
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Bottle E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel sauce

Bring cream & sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer till sauce thickens (6 to 7 minutes).

Pour just enough sauce to cover pudding; use reserve sauce to dip.
