Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup Splenda granular
- 1 T. butter
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Preparation
Step 1
Add powdered milk and sweetener to blender. Chop butter into small pieces and scatter over the top of the powders. Drizzle boiling water over the mixture, allowing the butter to melt.
Blend very well and allow to sit to thicken.
Can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen.
