Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients

• 2 C oatmeal
• 1 c applesauce
• 4 egg whites
• 2 c milk
• 2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 c brown sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• cinnamon, sugar for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Mix oatmeal, applesauce & egg whites.
Add other ingrediants. mix.

Pour batter into muffin tins. Sprinkle with cinnnamon/sugar mixture
