Ingredients

  • Loaf of French baguette bread
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh basil, garlic, salt
  • Balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Slice baguette into 1/2 in. rounds. Brush with olive oil and garlic powder. Toast these under broiler. Cut up tomatoes into small pieces and mix with fresh basil, garlic, salt, and a little more olive oil. Add a little balsamic vinegar. Mix up for amount desired and adjust to taste. Top the warm rounds with the mixture.
