Ingredients
- Chocolate Filling-
- 1-12 Oz bag of chocolate chips
- 1 - can Eagle Brand
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp Butter
- Cookie Dough-
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 cups flour 1 1/2 cups coconut
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal

Step 1
Chocolate Filling- Bring to a boil, stir and set aside to cool
Cookie Dough- Cream together butter and sugar, and eggs and vanilla. Mix in combined baking soda , salt and flour. Then stir in coconut and oatmeal Spread 2/3 of mixture into a bottom of a greased 10x13 pan. pour chocolate mix over and spread evenly. Pat remaining cookie mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.
