Grilled chicken with lemon, rosemary and mustard -- Christine's favorite

Ingredients
- 8 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Finley chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk 1/4 cup lemon juice, 4 Tbsps mustard, and black pepper in a small bowl. Pour over chicken and marinate in a zip lock bag or bowl. Cover, chill at least 2 hours.
Melt butter in a small heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add rosemary, garlic, and remaining 1/4 cup lemon juice and 2 Tbsp mustard. Simmer basting sauce for 5 minutes. Can be made 4 hours ahead of time. Let stand at room temperature.
Remove chicken from marinating bowl.
put on medium heat grill, brushing chicken with basting sauce.
