Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Butter softened
- 1/3 Cup Butter Melted
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/3 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 1/4 Cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
- 3/4 Cup Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder (If the cocoa powder isn't Dutch processed use Baking Soda instead)

Step 1
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease your pan.
-Stir Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, and Softened Butter.
-Add Boiling Water to Cocoa mix, stir until smooth.
-Stir in Eggs, Sugar, and Melted Butter.
-Add Flour, Vanilla, and Salt. Blend Completely
-Pour into Greased pan until Half Full.
-Bake 30-45 Minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
