Creamy Green Beans

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Place beans in a steamer basket and steam over 2 inches of boiling water until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, and salt in a medium bowl. Add the beans; toss to coat.
