Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup chix broth
  • 1 TBS brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 3/4 lb beef sirloin steak
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 5 tortillas(8 in.)

Step 1

In a small bowl combine the first six ingredients, set aside 3 TBS for filling. Pour remaining into a large resealable bag. Cut steak into bite size pieces Add steak and turn to coat steak. Put in frig for 2 hours. Drain steak and discard sauce, Cook steak until desired doneness. Combine steak, onions and peppers in a bowl. Sprinkle half the cheese over 3 tortillas. Using a slotted spoon put steak and onion mixture on top. Drizzle with reserved soy sauce. Sprinkle wit remaining cheese and top with remaining shells. Grill over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side or until cheese in melted.
