Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 box (32 oz.) chicken stock
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (mild or medium)
- 1 12 oz. pkg. thin spaghetti

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook onion and celery in chicken broth until tender. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente.
2. Stir in soups and mushrooms.
3. Add grated cheese and stir carefully over low heat until melted. If it is too thick, add a little milk to reach desired consistency.
