Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 cup warm water (105-115 degrees)
- 1 egg
- 3 T. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 - 4 cups flour

Step 1
Stir the yeast into warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Combine egg, oil and salt. Stir in yeast mixture. Add 1 1/4 cup flour and beat with mixer at low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high for 3 minutes. Using a wooden spoon, stir in as much remaining flour as you can.
Turn dough out on floured surface. Knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough- smooth and elastic(6-8 minutes total).
Let rise till double (1 hour)
Punch down
Thin crust- divide dough, roll out and put on two screens. Let rise again slightly 15-20 minutes. Bake 375 degree for 25 minutes
Thick crust-put in jelly roll pan-let rise again 20 minutes. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes
