Emily's Lefse Recipe

Ingredients

  • Mix while hot:
  • 8 c. Riced potatoes
  • 1/2 c. Cream
  • 1 stick Parkay
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • When cool add:
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour
  • Measure 1/3 c. Dough for each Lefse.

Step 1

Mix as directed. Bake on lefse grill till lightly browned
