Ingredients
- Mix while hot:
- 8 c. Riced potatoes
- 1/2 c. Cream
- 1 stick Parkay
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- When cool add:
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- Measure 1/3 c. Dough for each Lefse.
Preparation
Step 1
Mix as directed. Bake on lefse grill till lightly browned
