Cottage Cheese Pancakes

These pancakes taste like the real thing. You won't even know that they have cottage cheese in them. This is an old Weight Watchers recipe. Makes 3 large pancakes (1 serving) = 6 points

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 Tbsps flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together and cook in a non-stick fry pan. No need to spray the pan.
