Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup whole cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Add egg, butter, orange juice and hot water; mix well. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool.
