Delicate Fluffy pancakes

Ingredients

• 3 egg yolkes
• 1 2/3 cups thick buttermilk
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1 1/2 cups flour (sifted)
• 1 T. sugar
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 T. soft butter
• 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg yolkes and beat in buttermilk and soda. Sift together flour, sugar, Baking powder and salt and beat in. Bear in butter and gentlu fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
