Ingredients
- 1- 12 ounce box Cavatappi pasta
- 1 small tomato diced
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets cut into bite size pieces
- 1/4 cup diced yellow pepper
- 1/4 cup diced orange pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 envelope Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta al dente.
Mix buttermilk and mayo with one envelope of Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing or Seasoning Mix and set aside.
Dice peppers and chop broccoli and tomatoes into bite size pieces.
Pour dressing mix over rinsed and cooled pasta.
Mix in veggies and stir.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight before serving
