BBQ Ribs (baked in vinegar)

Ingredients

  • BAKED RIBS IN VINEGAR
  • 1-2 slabs rib
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1



Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season rib with salt and pepper. Place in roasting pan, NO RACK. Pour in vinegar. Cover with foil. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until done. Ribs will be super tender and semi-tart flavored.
Place ribs on heated BBQ for 7-10 minutes. Cover with BBQ sauce the last 5 minutes.
Super tender and juicy ribs every time!
