Ingredients

    cups crushed pretzels

  • ¾

    cup melted butter

  • 3

    tablespoon sugar

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 1

    (8oz) package cream cheese

  • 1

    (8oz) container whipped cream

  • 2

    (3oz) packages strawberry gelatin

  • 2

    cups boiling water

  • 20

    oz frozen strawberries (no syrup)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F 2. Mix pretzels, butter and 3 TBS sugar. Press into 9x13 pan and bake for 7 minutes. Set aside to cool. 3. Beat cream cheese and sugar together with a mixer. Fold in whipped cream and spread over pretzel crust. 4. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, and allow to cool some. Add somewhat thawed strawberries, you may want to cut the larger ones. 5. Refrigerate until gelatin starts to set about 15-20 minutes. 6. Pour over the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate until gelatin is completely set.
