Roasted Peach Mush for Late Summer Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium peaches

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut the peach in half, remove the pit, and roast cut side down in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
2. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
3. Scoop out peach flesh and mush with the back of a fork.
