Swanson Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Swanson chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cups cut-up vegetable, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and celery
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger or 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir in broth, cornstarch and soy sauce in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.

2. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until they are tender crisp.

3. Add the broth mixture to the skillet. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice.
