Ingredients
- 1 cup Swanson chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cups cut-up vegetable, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and celery
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger or 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir in broth, cornstarch and soy sauce in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.
2. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until they are tender crisp.
3. Add the broth mixture to the skillet. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice.
