Ingredients
- 3 cans refrigerated biscuits (10 per tube)
- 1-1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed and divided
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 350F
spray a bundt pan with cooking spray
open 2 cans and count out 15 biscuits (or 1 1/2 cans), keep them separate to ensure layers are evenly distributed. cut biscuits into quarters and layer in bottom of pan.
in a small sauce pan, melt butter. add brown sugar and cinnamon. when it turns a deep brown colour, stir in chopped nuts. cook for about 1 - 2 minutes. pour 1/2 mixture over biscuit layer and repeat. bake for 45 - 55 minutes. cool for 10 minutes then flip onto a plate
