Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/2 tsp almond flavouring
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually beat in sugar, salt and flavouring. Fold in cornflakes, coconut and almonds. Drop by teaspoonful onto parchment lined cookie sheet and bake in a 300 degree oven until cookies begin to turn golden.
