Ingredients
- redfish fillet (about 8 ounces)
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons blackened spice
- 1 cut lemon half
- Chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Lightly brush fish with olive oil on both sides and season with blackened spice. Lightly oil grill grates and place fish over high heat. Grill 2-3 minutes, then turn 90 degrees and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes. Flip and repeat. Cook until medium-well, creating dark-brown, diamond-shape grill marks. Garnish with the lemon half and parsley.
