Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Goya dry navy beans
- 1 Cup cubes smoked ham
- 1 small onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 bay leaf
- salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Sort and rinse beans. DO NOT SOAK.
In a large sauce pan combine 8 cups water and all ingredients. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until beans are tender. Add more water if necessary.
