  • 1/4 c plain fat-free yogurt
  • 3 tbsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tap freshly ground pepper
  • 2 1/2 c cubed, cooked chicken breast
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated onion

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
