  • 2 LARGE YELLOW ONIONS, PEELED AND DICED
  • 6 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
  • 6 JALAPENO PEPPERS, SEEDED AND DICED
  • SALT AND PEPPER, TO TASTE
  • 4 TBSP CHILI POWDER
  • 1 TSP MEXICAN OREGANO
  • 1 TSP GROUND CUMIN
  • 1 TSP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 (28OZ) CAN DICED TOMATOES
  • 1 CUP BEEF BROTH

Step 1

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO THE SLOW COOKER IN THE ORDER GIVEN AND STIR TO COMBINE. THE LIQUID IN YOUR SLOW COOKER SHOULD COMPLETELY COVER THE MEAT AND VEGETABLES. IF ADDITIONAL LIQUID IS NEEDED ADD CRUSHED TOMATOES, BROTH OR SOME WATER.

COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 8 HOURS. TASTE FOR SEASONING AND ADD MORE CHILI POWDER IF DESIRED.
