    Salmon Filet (2 lbs) cut into 6 pieces or 6 pre-cut Salmon filets

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 3

    Tbs. Honey (or maple syrup)

  • ¼

    Cup Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2

    Cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1

    Tbs. Brown Sugar

  • tsp. Sesame Seeds


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place salmon, skin side down, on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk together honey, vinegar, brown sugar, sesame seeds and garlic in a small bowl. If it seems too thick, whisk in a little water to thin. Then brush 1/2 glaze over the salmon. Bake for 10 minutes, then brush salmon with remaining glaze. Bake for 5 more minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
