Brocca Dip

A light, delicious dip with crackers, vegetables, tortillas or your favorite!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • fresh basil (at least a teaspoon - more if you wish)
  • 4 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
  • 4 ounces sundried tomatoes in olive oil (do not drain)
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients in a blender until consistency of hummus.
