- 1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs in a large bowl on high speed until foamy (about 1 minute). Beat in flour and both sugars. Beat in butter, then stir in chocolate chips. Carefully spoon into pie crust.
Bake 55 minutes (till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean). Let cool 30 minutes to 1 hour before slicing. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
