Weight Watchers Mixed Berry Crumble


A quick and easy Mixed Berry Crumble treat featuring blueberries and raspberries, yum!

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup unpacked light brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons regular butter, melted

Cooking time 40mins


Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

Place berries in a medium bowl.

In another medium bowl, combine flour and sugar.

Remove 3 tablespoons of the flour mixture and gently toss with berries. Place berries in an 8-inch square pan.

To make topping, add melted butter to remaining flour mixture, and mix well. Crumble little bits of topping all over top of berries.

Place pan in oven. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until berries start to bubble.

Cut in to 8 pieces, and serve warm or at room temperature.
