Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 slices cubed bread
  • 2 C shredded cheese
  • 2 1/2 # browned sausage
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3/4 t. mustard
  • 2 C milk plus 1/2 C milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Preparation

Step 1

Put cubed bread on bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Spread with shredded cheese. Put browned sausage of top.
Combine 4 beaten eggs, 1/2 t salt, 3/4 t mustard and 2 C milk. Pour over meat and spread. Pour 1 can of cream of chicken soup over meat. Drizzle additional 1/2 C milk over all and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 325-350 degrees for 1 hour.
