Ingredients
- 6 to 8 pcs. of chicken [boneless, skinless chicken breast]
- 2 cans Campbell’s Golden Mushroom Sour
- 1 – 16 oz Sour Cream
- 1 small can of Green Chilies [Optional]
- Mushrooms [Optional]

Step 1
In large mixing bowl mix the soup, sour cream and green chilies/mushrooms. Pour 85 to 90% of the mixture into a glass rectangular baking pan. Rinse, Salt/Pepper the Chicken to taste. Place the chicken on top of the mixture – then push the chicken down into the mixture. Pour remaining mixture on top. Bake for about 1 hour at 350 to 375 degrees or until chicken is tender.
Can serve as stand-alone dish or serve over a bed of rice.
Options – when ready to serve – can accent with mushrooms or add a little cheddar cheese on top.
Option – I have baked it with a few jalapeño peppers – just for added spice/flavor.
