Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander seed
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 each lemon
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, blend spices together. Add olive oil, mix well. Rub on both sides of steak. Place steak in a rectangular glass pan and marinate overnight.
Heat a ridged grill pan to medium high heat. Cook 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to 140° F. Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice across the grain into think slices. Squeeze lemon juice over the top.
