Ingredients
- 4 cups whole, ripe figs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

In a medium saucepan over low heat, heat the figs, sugar, and water until the sugar completely dissolves. Process the fig mixture and lemon juice in a food processor or blender until the mixture is smooth. Freeze the fig puree in an ice-cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
