Mix it we'll with a fork
Put a very small amount of honey in the areas of the pan u wish to place the fillets to cook
Using thawed fillets pierce each one 3-4 times
Dip each fillet in the mix
Place the fillets on top of the placed honey
After you have all of your fillets in the pan use what is left in your bowl and pour on top of the fillets.
Sprinkle a good amount of lemon pepper seasoning to the top of the fillets
Be careful not to drown the fillets in too much juice. If you do simply get a spoon and take it out. You only need a tiny pool of juice enough to make steam in the oven.
Cover the pan with foil this will created a pocket of steam to make your salmon juicy and not dry
Optional... Sprinkle a bit of parsley flakes on top of each fillet to make it look more appealing.
Bake a good 30 min until meat is pink and enjoy!
