Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 29 oz. can Yams, drained and smashed
- 5 oz. can Evaporated milk
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tsps vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or mixed pecans and walnuts)
Preparation
Step 1
Whip together all of the above with an electric mixer. Spread in bottom of a greased 7 x 11 inch dish.
Mix topping ingredients together and spread on the top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees 30 - 40 minutes.
