Rosemary Baked Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 T rosemary, crumbled (or 2 T fresh, minced)
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2/3 c seasoned breadcrumbs
- 4 6 oz salmon steaks
- 1 T plus 1 t olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Combine first three ingredients in a mortar or bowl
Season with salt to taste & mash to a paste
Using a fork or a food processor, mix paste into breadcrumbs
Season both sides of salmon steaks with salt to taste.
Arrange mixture onto the top of each salmon steak and drizzle with oil
Place in oven and roast 10 - 12 minutes or until fish is cooked throughout
Serve while hot
