Ingredients
- 2-3 stalks of celery cut up
- 3 carrots cut up
- 1 s ill onion cut up
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 small can of tomato sauce or 1 can of petite diced tomatoes with garlic and oil
- 2-3 chicken bouillons
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions, garlic, add tomatoes.
Put into water with the lentils, then add celery and carrots and bouillon cubes. Cook until tender.
