Lentil Soup

Ingredients

  • 2-3 stalks of celery cut up
  • 3 carrots cut up
  • 1 s ill onion cut up
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 small can of tomato sauce or 1 can of petite diced tomatoes with garlic and oil
  • 2-3 chicken bouillons
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions, garlic, add tomatoes.
Put into water with the lentils, then add celery and carrots and bouillon cubes. Cook until tender.
