Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, seasoned and browned
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/2 t salt
  • pepper
  • 1 c shredded cheese
  • 1 24oz pkg hash browns, thawed
  • 1 can Durkee's french fried onions

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and salt. Add potatoes, half cheese, and half onions. Pour into 9x13 pan. Arrange chops on top. Bake 1 hour. Add remaining cheese and onions. Bane another 5 mn.
